Assessment
There are three separate elements to the
assessment process:-
1. A controlled assessment task
based on marketing and enterprise set by the
board. This involves
up to 10 hours of research, followed by 6
hours of report writing.
2. A written examination of 1 hour on
business and people.
3. A written examination of 1˝ hours
on production, finance and the external
business environment.
Progression
Success in this subject allows students to
progress onto Sixth Form ‘A’ level course at
Northallerton
College, and to achieve good results through
this course. Many of our students progress
to take the subject further in higher
education.
