Hannah Dawson - Psychology

“I picked Psychology as an AS because I wanted to choose a course that I had not studied at GCSE. Psychology is a good subject to study because it really gets you thinking about peoples’ behaviour and why we react in different ways. At AS level you learn about Psychological Investigations which is the basis of the course as it helps you throughout the rest of the two years. You also learn about famous case studies and approaches to
Psychology for the June exam. The psychology teachers are always willing to help and support you and really get you ready for the exams. I have so far, loved the course as I find it very interesting and relevant to everyday life. It also develops your writing skills and scientific knowledge. Psychology is a great subject that I would recommend to anyone and helps you develop the skills to move
forward into many career paths.”
