Ipod Station
| ICT Services The
Resource Centre is well equipped for
all your ICT needs, however if you
feel we could offer something to aid
your studies and we are not already
provided it, we are always open to
any suggestions that would enhance
your learning. |

There are 35 computers in
the Resource Centre, all
with internet access
available for you to use.
These are available
throughout the day and can
be reserved by you up to two
weeks in advance. We request
that the machines are used
first and foremost for
school work and to ensure
this takes place they are
closely monitored by the
Resource Centre Staff. The
college does hold an
ICT policy which every
student signs and therefore
agrees to uphold the terms
and conditions.
We also
manage four computer suites
along the ‘A’ Corridor.
These can be reserved by
members of staff for classes
requiring the use of ICT.

This facility is now

Centre where you can
download a range of
recommended podcasts.

The
multi
media
services
on
offer
in
the
Resource
Centre
are
quite
extensive.
From
scanning
documents
to
downloading
digital
images
into
shared
areas,
having
access
to
Sibelius
on
two
of
our
35
networked
PCs,
Sibelius
is a
piece
of
software
that
enables
students
studying
music
to
write,
refine,
hear,
scan
and
print
scores.
We
also
have
Russian
keyboards
for
those
students
studying
Russian.
